Great place to get work done on you’re truck. The service was great and got my truck back to me quickly. Went out of his way and beyond to hunt parts to fix my a/c I will be using them again.

The service managers were professional and knowledgeable. They honored my appointment and completed my repair in a timely manner. The technician did a first class job and the price was fair. I was comfortable in their waiting room and back on the road before I knew it. I would recommend New Orleans Peterbilt to anyone who needs heavy truck service in the area. Great experience!

I Normally don't write reviews. But after today I had to these guys were awesome. They made you feel welcome when you walk in the door, the technician was very polite an understanding. They took care of truck as if it was there own . I may have had to wait but it was well worth it. I recommend Peterbilt of new orleans to anyone who wants reliable service.

The guys at this shop are fantastic. They go above and beyond anyone else hands down. I had my truck towed in with turbo and regen problems on a Thursday afternoon and was told I would be called as soon as problems were diagnosed. Friday morning I got a call from Richard not once but twice letting me know what was needed. As an owner operator it was a welcome change to find a shop who not only calls when they say they will but who is honest about cost too. Mark runs the best shop I have ever been too. His mechanics are very knowledgeable and hard working. They aren’t standing around smoking and joking like shops I have been to in the past do. Santos stayed on my truck and had me rolling in about 3 working days not weeks like most shops. I had to get a new turbo and dpf filter removed and burned out and I still had my truck back in record time. Mark and Richard even helped me on my final invoice and cut as much cost as possible so It wouldn’t hurt as bad in the pocket. I cannot recommend this shop enough!!
