Showed up and Jamie immediately greeted me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jamie completed the paperwork quickly and was thorough in explaining everything. Trailer 60PI was assembled quickly and I was given a detailed walkthrough. Excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Jamie and his team at BIG TEX. -

Service and attention from Jamie, Cody, and Chris was outstanding. I had the chance to interact with each of them over the few days it was in the shop and it's clear that they all have Customer Service as a key driver in the business. They did a wonderful job on the fabrication. The trailer was delivered in a timely manner, and Chris made the paperwork a breeze. This was a great experience.
