If you are not into huge gyms whee you not sure exactly what workouts to do that fits your body type this is the gym for you. He is personal and supports you every step of the way.

I lost 11 pounds in three weeks and was taken off my blood pressure medicine after a month. Hands down the best and realest trainer I’ve ever met ????
