(July 9, 2019, 5:43 pm)Not a bad experience at all. The lady is serious but polite. I had my two kids with me and before leaving she asked my oldest son if he wanted an activity book. She gave him two, one for him and the other one for my daughter. She also asked me if I needed to get anything else.
I worked in customer service and it's not easy, sometimes we don't know what they have been through and what the true story is.
