I spent about 10 minutes talking with Rachel (who was incredibly knowledgeable) about what I was looking for. She convinced me that a supplement wasn't going to help much and that I should look into snacking on fatty things like nuts, peanut butter, etc. We had figured out I didn't need to buy anything after about 5 minutes but she kept the advice coming anyway.
