God has again sent me his best people. I spoke with Michelle before my surgery and now I see Candace and Abby three days a week. Selena and Michelle keep my appointments booked and work with my hectic schedule.The atmosphere is upbeat and the entire staff are professionals and very easy to talk to. “I felt like the price was pretty reasonable even though paying for anyone 13-17 as an adult is kind of bugged out. The rides definitely need to be expanded and updated as do the enclosures of several animals. The animals looked well taken care of and seemed happy but like they could use more space. My kids especially loved the otter who was super interactive with them, the pygmy hippo which we didn't know they had and baby monkeys. There was a cheetah paired with a dog and their story was looped on a video. The big cats were pacing a lot so I'm not sure if they were aggravated or something. I think it was really cool how you could feed a bunch of animals including parakeets in a big enclosure. The staff we interacted with was very kind and helpful. Another thing we thought was interesting were several animals paired up instead of being alone. My kids liked the idea that they would not be lonely and it felt like this would be more natural to them.”

“Came today and wow ! Its been a minute since I felt secure about what needs to be done.( Mother instincts are strong) My son has eczema and last time he had an outbreak I couldn't handle it wasn't his eczema. I showed my concern. Last doctor barely looked and just gave Steroid cream (strong)and said well if gets worse just go to hospital nothing else we could do. (Made it so much worse. ) I started to just go to the urgent care since they seemed to care more Saw Mrs. Sarah today and she actually looked at every hot spot. SHOWED ME which ones to watch on and explained it all. Understood why I was concerned and we talked how to help it. What certain things to watch for. I felt comfortable to leave with the treatment she told me to do . You have no idea how reassuring it is to have some to sit in and talk about it and LOOK at it instead of just saying yeah okay here. Then tells me to call anytime even on Saturdays we can see them! She made me feel she actually cares about my kiddo. WISH I found her sooner.”
