Mattress Firm Denham Springs

Alex was informed about the mattress I was looking for similar to what I have now. Upgrading to a king. He explained everything to me in a way I understood. Also had a great sale going on. Very,pleased.

Had great service. Employee listened to my needs and showed me beds in different price ranges then did everything he could to help me be able to afford the bed I wanted.

Derek at the Juban location was absolutely fantastic! He answered all of my questions, was extremely polite and helped me with a last minute order! He literally saved the day!

After walking into the Siegen lane location, I was blown away by how accommodating Alex K. was... He went above and beyond what was necessary for me in helping me understand my choices and make the best possible one for me! I 10/10 would recommend Alex and think that anyone should give him a chance to get you into a mattress you ACTUALLY love and not settle for one you don’t. Loved my experience and was very pleased, and will be returning when I buy another mattress!

Alex was our sales person and he was great. Very knowledgable and handled multiple customers at a time while making us feel like we were his only one. We left feeling confident we chose what was right for us and were informed extensively on our return options, warranties, shipping info, etc. he left nothing left unsaid. Highly recommend
