  Very clean park. Sites paved and level, decent space between them. Internet works great. No trains or road noise. Office staff very professional and helpful. Would stay here again.

  This is the best koa we've stayed at so far. The pads are long, paved and pretty level, easy in and out, well stocked store and the hosts are friendly and very helpful. The putt putt golf was a welcome activity after a long day of driving and they also have a huge pool and a hot tub. The best part was delicious pancakes- breakfast made to order in their kitchen/clubhouse so I didn't have to cook on our last day of a 2 month road trip!

  I cannot say enough about this KOA! Our family works storm damage across the country so we’ve seen our fair share of parks. The staff here was so patient with us when we discovered our tow vehicle wasn’t running properly. We had to extend our stay multiple times until it was fixed. One of the men working there even offered to let us take his own truck home to Dallas if necessary. We were blown away by their kindness and understanding. The facilities were so nice and we loved the pool so much. The dog park was clean and maintained. Laundry was fast and efficient. Nothing worse than having to run your clothes on multiple cycles and spend all your quarters. This was the first park that i only had to run my dryer one time to get the job done. They had breakfast on sat and sun morning and the family who cooked for everyone was so friendly and cooked a mean breakfast. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

  Evacuated from Hurricane Laura, to Baton Rouge. It’s been extremely stressful, except for the awesome (treat you like family) owners and staff. I cannot say enough about these fantastic people! We received white glove 10+ service from driving in at 11:00 PM last night, and careful tending to our every need. Will definitely stay here when in Baton Rouge, LA area! Did I say how gorgeous the RV park is? 10+ and easy on and off Interstate.

  People are very friendly and helpful, pool is very nice. Facilities are clean and well managed. It is a bit of a parking lot style place, however spaces are easy to get in and out, and easy access to I12 and major places in Denham Springs. Repeatedly stay?
