Update, back again Dec 5th, Oysters are Great, and will be for the next few months, go get u-Sum.
This was my second trip in two weeks on Tuesdays. It's half priced Oysters. Their good size for tourists and locals alike. Their called St Bernard, Dunno. They are salty and in two/three weeks should be healthy/fat. They are served clean and no shells, Great job. Highly recommend. Oyster special, 3 til midnight. Oh countless beers. Try the patio, sit inside or out front.
Amazing half price oysters! Everything was self-service so it was kinda confusing at first, but overall I had an awesome time here.
The best beer and whiskey selection in the Riverbend. I have always enjoyed this place its a very casual and laid back experience. There are multiple screens for event watching and a pool table. The best thing of all is they have Framboise.
It may be a tavern and my hubby definitely enjoyed the pitcher but the food is so good!! Staff is friendly and welcoming and the drinks are strong. Good night out and right on the streetcar line so no worries about drinking and driving.
Probably one of my favorite places in the whole city for a bite to eat and grabbing a drink. The kitchen is open late and filled with high quality pub fair. The kitchen has no issue working around dietary restrictions, so don’t be afraid to ask for a modification! Their happy hour is awesome! They also provide a discount for service industry folks like myself! From all the bartenders, oyster shuckers, and people in the kitchen, you couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience.
Also, if you were a sports fan, this is your place to be for any and every game!!
