    Physiofit and Tyler and his crew are wonderful.

    Tyler's philosophy is to listen and to educate. He makes sure he knows at the beginning of each session how his patients are feeling and how they are responding to therapy so that he can adapt the plan and best help them. Furthermore, he and his fellow therapists are always happy to take the time to educate their patients about what the stretches and exercises are doing and how they work so that the patients understand why the exercises are important and what they are supposed to be feeling as they do them. The education has been one of the most important things I've gained from my experience because it has given me the tools to continue to be able to take care of myself even when I'm not actively going therapy.

    I've been to physical therapy before and it was nothing like this. This was truly exceptional. I highly recommend PhysioFit and Tyler specifically to anyone who could benefit from physical therapy.
