SummerHouse Vista Shores

Being in the Senior Placement and Consulting business, I have significant knowledge of Assisted Living Communities. Summer House Vista Shores is a beautiful physical AL residence. The Mnagement and Staff are professional, knowledgeable and offer compassionate care. When touring one picks up the feel that Residents are well cared for and happy. I would Place my Parents there.

The staff and residents are very welcoming and the place is beautiful. Ashleigh, the sales director, gave me a great tour and throughly answered all my questions. I got to meet Courtney, the executive director and Zoe, the DON as well and they were both very nice and informative. I definitely recommend this community!

Working as a hospice liaison for Lakeside Hospice for the past 9 years, I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff of Vista Shores. I have sponsored many crafts events, bingo games, and resident resource fairs and I can tell you that the residents there are always enjoying themselves with special events and a community feel, all while in a beautiful, clean setting. The nursing care is superb and the entire staff is always extremely helpful, friendly, and make the residents care their priority. My grandmother even lived there during her final years (in Independent Living as well as in the Memory Care Unit) and I would highly recommend Vista Shores!

I am a resident of Vista Shores since April 4 2022. upon arrival I felt very welcome. The staff her is very excellent and concerned with the care and welfare of the residents. Nursing staff is excellent and knowledgeable. Food service is excellent. the maintenance is excellent, and the the facility and very well kept. This is one a very beautiful facility. Residents are friendly and very respectful and I would not hesitate to recommend Vista Shores to anyone! I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

We have been very impressed and thankful for the staff at Summerhouse Vista Shores Assisted living. They have wonderful programs to keep residents active and social. The staff has always been kind and welcoming to us. If you are looking for a clean, friendly assisted living in the Great New Orleans area I recommend you definitely take a visit to Summerhouse.
