  Nice little hotel with much history. My brother held his wedding here, which I wouldn’t suggest doing in summer due to temp. Thankfully the pool was nice, friendly folks hanging out, great staff. Temper your expectations as the building is very very old, but that adds to the charm. Would stay here again for sure.

  I stayed here with a buddy and the room was just what we needed. It was PERFECT for us. Two guys looking to kick it in the Big Easy. The price of about $100 nightly was good. Close to Bourbon, Frenchmen and Jackson Square.
  
  The staff was great. Friendly,polite.. the girl at the desk in the AM was as sweet as can be. One of the gentlemen let me use his cellphone one afternoon!
  
  The parking was hit and miss. The early morning we arrived it was full and I had to move it by 7am to avoid a ticket. (I was lucky) This was honestly a bit stressful, and one night we had to leave abruptly on account of a medical emergency and needed to wait several minutes to have the lot unlocked by a gentlemen that was asleep.
  
  The rooms were a bit small and dated, however it worked out great for what we needed. We did find one bug (but only one!) If you’re used to 5 star you may want to check it out before booking, but if you just need a place to crash in the Big Easy it’ll do just the trick!
