Great staff. Very polite and helpful to answer any and al questions. Much cheaper than most body shops. Needed quick work and these guys were willing to help. The work they did was outstanding.
I was referred to LJ's by my very trusted mechanic. I have used LJ's three times now and have been happy each time. But what they just did was amazing. I need to get a larger job done, and asked them how much it would be to fix two small parts of the job. Another body shop recommended by State Farm told me it would be between 800 - 1000 dollars. LJ's took care of both of them in five minutes so I'd be able to get in and out of my door until I had the major work done. So simple, but took such a load off my mind. I signed no paperwork nor was asked to make any commitment. They helped me out and took me at my word. How refreshing!
My mirror was completely smashed and I had been to other car repair shops around New Orleans. All of them told me the repair would be upwards of $2,000. When I went to LJS and everyone was so nice and helpful. They sat on the phone calling different shops in MS, AL, LA for a used mirror. They found the perfect one for me and it cost about $700. They are now the only car repair shop I go to!
