  I found uptown dental on google and they replied to my emails. Ms. Dianne was nice to get me in for an early appointment. I saw Dr. Melissa & her assistant Jess helped. The exam was thorough and explained well with my xrays. I found my new dental office. The office is also aesthetically pretty. Thanks!

  My son attends Tulane University and recently chipped a tooth. This office had great reviews so I called. One of the Dr.'s happened to answer the phone which was very impressive. My son said that Dr. Melissa walked him through every step, was friendly, efficient and made sure that he was satisfied with the end result. Being that I live in NJ, I was most appreciative at the level of service that was provided. My son will go there again for sure.

  Had a great experience at Uptown Dental. They replaced an old crown from a previous dentist and the quality is much better. This office seems to have the latest and greatest dental tech. Staff is super friendly!

  Most importantly, Dr. Sammy Tom is incredibly thorough. I feel like I'm literally in good hands. He takes the time to explain procedures and answer questions. The other staff at Uptown Dental, from the techs to the front desk staff, are also very helpful and professional. The clinic is spotless and the atmosphere is relaxing, so much so that I almost dozed off on my last visit while laying back in the chair listening to soothing music.
  I've been to other dentists who I thought were good because they had a friendly bedside manner, helpful staff, and clean offices, not realizing until it was too late that dental issues weren't being caught or addressed. At Uptown Dental, I am confident that I'm getting comprehensive care.

  I highly recommend Uptown Dental! This is a husband/wife team and my visits have been with Dr. Melissa Tom (the wife). On my first visit, they did a very thorough full mouth x-ray. I’ve been to a lot of dentists and never have I had such a thorough experience. Also, the cleaning was the best. At other places, I’ve often felt like the cleaning was a waste of time. They don’t try to nickel and dime you by suggesting unnecessary services. Instead, they keep a watch on things that may eventually become an issue. If you’re looking for a dentist, don’t hesitate to give them a try!
