  The hotel is nice the people were nice and the rooms were nice I will come back expecting the same as my first visit .

  The staff was real nice. Josh made me feel at home right away. Great location. In a good neighborhood

  I had a really great stay, staff were awesome, the house has been done up recently and the place has a really nice vibe. The location is perfect, it's close to Magazine St with lots to do and easy to get a side cart into the French Quarters. Would recommend this place with ease.

  Stayed here for a conference a couple of years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. I've stayed in many hostels and this is a good one. It was clean, felt safe and wasn't obnoxiously loud even on the weekends. There are some fantastic restaurants within walking distance and it's about 20 minutes (I walk fast) to get to the river. Also, the staff was friendly, they knew the area and were everything good hostel managers should be.
  
  The one caveat is that, according to the cab drivers who dropped me off at the hostel on several occasions, it's not in the best neighborhood and they did not advise walking alone after dark. Nothing remarkable happened while I was there but keep that in mind.

  The staff ( Chad and Ula) were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, off Magazine street and walking distance to quarter. I wanted to park my car safely and walk about, and the AAE Bourbon House Staff really helped me with directions and high spots to see. Place was clean and functional
