(March 19, 2020, 10:52 am)I’m impressed! This was extremely well-organized and efficient, and we were on our way in no time even though several streets were closed for Mardi Gras. What makes this work is that the parking company has so many employees on the job. Not just the shuttle drivers and baggage handlers, but they have dispatchers at the garage to direct traffic, people helping at the gates, even someone to assist at the elevators. (Ignore the people with negative reviews. Those are the ones who think they can reinvent the wheel for their personal benefit, cut lines, take over the elevator for their personal use etc).

(December 21, 2019, 3:25 pm)Mrs. James was so amazing! She showed us southern hospitality her store had reasonable prices and her staff was extremely friendly. She made us feel like we were at home for the 5 amazing days in New Orleans.

(November 1, 2019, 9:09 am)We used Fulton Place for our Carnival Cruise parking and it was such a breeze. I found them online, paid the fee and printed our invoice. When we arrived we were kindly greeted by Miles, who was very helpful and informative. He gave us very detailed instructions on how and where to park, where the shuttle would pick us up, and info on returning and how to get out of the garage then wished us well on our vacation. The shuttle met us, a man loaded our luggage to the back, we had a quick ride to the cruise terminal and were given instructions on pick up for the ride back. As promised when we got off the ship our bus was waiting for us. Again they loaded our luggage, drove us back and we quickly got to our car and back on the road. I highly reccomend this team.
