    The Mississippi River is mighty almost everywhere it flows and Heritage Park is no exception. Full of life today, it's history is anything but humble. Heritage Park is a place to gaze out upon the Mississippi and reflect upon its mighty history. Check it out.

    Scrap House was such a beautiful site and there was lots of fuzzy white caterpillars around.

    Cool place on a Sunday afternoon to take a book and your best friend. Peaceful.

    The park has the cool artwork thru its entrance path and is a nice simple green space with benches to enjoy your stroll. Plus, its next to several of the hotels and across from the convention center.

    It's a nice simple park with historical markers. Nice for a picnic or a stroll. Big enough for an event. Worth a visit!
