They gave us plenty of options, tailored our services just for us and virtually took care of everything! They even stayed on our initial call after closing time just to make sure we were clear on everything! These are actual human beings with beating hearts that want to help! Other insurance companies wanted twice what KTS charged us with less coverage to even offer from the start, so the choice was easy and we couldn't be more thrilled! Many thanks to this awesome team and we couldn't be happier with them. Thank you KTS INSURANCE!! We will be back for our next home purchase!!

They’ve been awesome at finding the best coverage and rates for my properties.They’re very professional, responsive & have great customer service. They’re super knowledgeable and it's always a pleasure to work with them, whether I have a question, need to update a policy or for them to send an email to me or someone else. They make my life less hectic knowing my insurance policies are taking care of. I definitely recommend this insurance agency!!!

I couldn’t decide upon the house I wanted and Ms. Harris and Ms. Charles were understanding and provide reasonable quotes on each house I was thinking of purchasing.... they continuous communicated with me, they explained the quotes detailed by to ensure I understood and they sent the electronic version of the quotes.... I am so glad I chose them to provide insurance for my home.. everyone was professional and pleasant definitely knowledgeable... we purchase our first home in June of 2020.
