Dr. Cecola has taken care of both me and my son. For both procedures, years apart, he was kind and thorough. Would definitely recommend!
Dr Cecola is great. He took the time to explain my condition; how he was going to treat it and let me ask as many questions as I needed.The clinical staff is kind & caring. The recptionest (New Orleans office) never greeted me and never smiled. I watched her with other patients and she was the same with them. She is the patients first impression for the office. She needs to be more personable.
Dr. Cecola is a great doctor. He may seem quick, but it's only because he's seen it all before. He's an expert who diagnoses quickly and correctly. That means he sees a lot of patients and that means you can get in to see him relatively easily. He's my ear doctor for life.
Office staff has always been very polite and professional, too.
