I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to talk to India on Tuesday this week. She was so professional, and very polite. She listened to everything I said without interruption, which is seldom found these days, in our hurry up world. Then she chuckled and said "wow, that's a lot", which made me laugh, too. She was able to assist me on "1" call and I believe the assistance she provided is going to help me resolve my issue before the end of this week. Honestly, I thought she was in a lead position because she was so professional, had great customer service skills, and I could tell she knew what she was doing! Give that lady well deserved koodos! Maybe even buy her lunch.

Emily and the team here are always very accommodating and helpful. The lot is orderly and safety is top priority. These folks value their buyers and sellers and it shows by the way they do business.
