    Not bad at all. We were going to a concert in the quarter and basically just needed a place to sleep. The hotel was pretty nice and within 20 minutes walking distance to the quarter. We got a ride back because I wasn't sure about making that walk after dark. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

    Everything about this place is awesome. Staff was SO FRIENDLY, space was clean and cozy. They have a community kitchen with a stove, freezer, coffee pot, and tables. There was a full size fridge and freezer in the room as well. The area is just darling. Very young area…definitely artists. There is a darling little outdoor garden area with tables too.
    About a 15-20 minute walk to the French Quarter.
    I can’t say enough! We will definitely be back

    When we first arrived the room wasn’t fully cleaned, however James (front desk) stated he would personally clean it…and he did an immaculate job. We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is was very safe and secure. They have a smoking area outside..and it’s cute. They also have a dinning area where the family can eat and watch tv. They also provide free coffee which you are allowed to make if you want a fresh pot. I will say they did not a continental breakfast, but that’s ok because we came to Nola to try the different restaurants.
