(April 28, 2023, 4:15 pm)My truck got stolen when I was in New Orleans. It ended up being found by NOLA PD and mid city impounded it. They took really great care of it. The owner and employees were great to deal with and they helped me out getting my truck window fixed enough (that was broken out) and a tire pumped up that had picked up a nail. Awesome company
(April 4, 2023, 3:12 pm)My SUV was mistakenly towed because the kiosk wasn’t working and didn’t register my plates BUT I HAD A PRINTED TICKET!! Thank GOD or else it would have been even more stressful! I took an Uber to go find my car and thankfully Mr.Thomas and Mr.Greg were the ones that had her in good hands! I was an absolute mess crying from stress and being already overly exhausted from working the show at the convention center. I was ready to go home and these two gentlemen made it happen! They were professional and VERY kind! Pretty sure the previous reviews of how the claims of this place being rude is just them not being happy that they didn’t get their way when they were in the wrong! They treated me as if I was family and it showed! 10/10 no matter the situation. AND ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGES!!! Thankyou Thomas and Greg SO MUCH for being so understanding and making sure I was well taken care of and safe!
