“First time eating at Fritai with friends. One friend arrived prior to myself and others and tried the seafood pasta. She mentioned it was bland surprisingly. I ordered the chicken wrap with plaintain chips and wings, while a friend ordered the fish of the day (trout). The chicken wrap was wonderful, but the plaintain chips were not something I would order again. The wings were fine and did lack seasoning. I sampled my friend's fish, which was good. It sat on this cake looking dish that tasted as bad as the texture. I still do not know what it was. My friend did not eat it. She enjoyed the rice and beans. The service was great. The staff was very enthusiastic and answered all of our questions. If you are seeking a unique eatery, Fritai is a place to visit. It did, however, lack seasoning in the food.”

“This is a beautiful home with gorgeous high ceilings and a beautiful garden area to relax outside. Close to the French Quarter. Charming bars and restaurants all close by. Perfect place to come home to after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is one you wish you could take home with you. The owners really thought of everything. We enjoyed everything about our stay.
