Following the flood, they were one of the few companies willing to come out to measure and inspect the job. Drew was at our house for at least one hour. The order included doors, trim, and shelves. Delivery took a while due to high volume, but they were very honest about how long it would take. There were multiple change orders, and they worked with me on that. The delivery crew were professional and helpful as well. The quality of the materials is comparable to what we had before, and better in some cases. The prices were better than Home Depot and Lowe's. I really cannot understand the poor reviews. My overall experience with this company was favorable.
