Mike knows my vehicles, so Mike can quickly diagnose an issue and because he takes the time to know me can give me good advise on the repair. My first experience with this shop was recently after Mike took over the business. My wife had an issue with our 2013 Durango and I was offshore. I was so impressed with how kind and professional he was with my wife. Honestly, to me that was enough to get all the work on my 3 vehicles. Yet Cottman Transmission in Butte has so much more to offer. Mike can do just about EVERYTHING for your vehicles. Ladies, this is NOT a dirty auto repair shop with pin-up Calenders on the walls. Danielle is there to greet you and Mike will treat you with respect and take the time to listen to every description of the creaks, pings, bangs that your vehicle is making.
