Kelly Buckwalter: Allstate Insurance

I've done business with Kelly close to 30 years. At different times, he's insured almost every aspect of my life, (home, auto, life).

I have always gotten immediate and thorough assistance from Buckwalter’s anytime I needed it. They make me feel like a VIP client with each incident. Over my 44 years with Allstate, I have had several covered incidents big and small and have ALWAYS been treated respectfully and fairly. I have never felt lowballed or manipulated in any way. In fact, with each incident I have been contacted post settlement to make sure I am satisfied and have no lingering questions. I know I can shop this premium but my proven confidence in insurance company precludes that. Sounds like a cliche but… I feel like I am in good hands.

It’s nice to be able to contact the agent himself on the weekends when the office is off. He has a great team of office personal and I always feel like I am treated like family wether it’s dropping off a payment or them helping with a claim. Thanks to the Buckwalter team !!!
