There is a major issue: You can hear upstairs walking, unless you are on highest floor, and you need to be careful about downstairs unless you are on the lowest floor.
Management is amazing. Very helpful.

Charmaine, Simon and the rest of the staff at Element One are absolutely amazing! By far the best building I have ever rented and best experience I have had from a rental community. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend anyone interested in renting in Stamford, Element One and the staff will not disappoint. I moved away from Stamford for a bit and moved right back to the building. Walking distance from downtown bars and restaurants etc.

We absolutely love Element One. Our apt is great! We say multiple times a week how happy we are that we live here. Everyone that works at Element One is friendly and always eager to assist. Special shout out to Simon for helping us with a carpet issue this month. He followed up and always kept us in the loop. We love that we cannot hear neighbors on either side of us. We do occasionally hear our neighbors above us walking around but that is to be expected in an apt building. We have created some amazing memories here and hope to create more. We got engaged in our apt and welcomed an adorable puppy Charlie! Thank you Element One for being our home!

We looked at what felt like every building in Stamford and I’m really glad we chose ElementOne! We moved it in late July and so far it’s been great. It’s a very well maintained building with a responsive and super nice management team. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and efficiently too. The apartments themselves are really nice and well equipped and most importantly for us, quiet. We rarely hear any noise or really anything from neighbors or from outside. Location is awesome too since you’re downtown but still a little away from everything.

Parking is sometimes a challenge (spots fill up pretty quickly and there’s not really any easy street parking) but this is really a great place to live. Highly recommend.
