I purchased a Members Mark patio set while @ Sam's Club but unfortunately the store was out of stock and I had to order it and it was delivered by Bergeron Freight Services, Inc. I received a call the day before with a time frame, the driver called 30 minutes before, showed up within the time frame and put it in my garage where I instructed him to put it. No Problems here

I was at a wedding rehearsal a few nights ago and I met the owner of this company and I have to admit that I have rec'd a wine cooler from Wine Enthusiast, a table from Z Gallery, and a Gun Safe that I purchased on line and Bergeron delivered all 3 without any incidents. So I asked him why all the negative feedback on deliveries and he told me the whole story how Wayfair set him up to be a failure. He has been in business for 22 years and he said out of the 4 years that he was doing Wayfair the last to were just Horrific and he finally said he had enough. Mr. Bergeron was a very nice man and a fun person to chat with
