Atchafalaya Welcome Center

The outside is wonderful and relaxing. Bathroom needed renovation and cleaning. Maybe it was just bad timing in regards to cleanliness. This was the first time stopping after passing it countless times on i10. I was impressed with what they have done on the grounds. I plan to stop next time through the area.

Nice relaxing rest area with plenty of shaded tables. Be sure to walk around out back to see the alligator statues. Great coffee and friendly staff inside. Nice clean bathrooms and vending machines

It's a nice welcome center, but there was some work going on. At least it's progress. Also, as one of the few (only?) rest areas left in Louisiana it's a recommended stop. The place is kept clean and the people are nice.

Great stop! Came during the day- the people at the desk gave me good information. Then I came back to sleep overnight- good security- the lights were dimmed down a bit. A bit noisy but overall great!
