I have been a client of CJ Ladner’s State Farm agency for over 25 yrs. and throughout that time have received nothing less than 5 star service. CJ and her team have always been professional, courteous, and prompt whether it be addressing simple questions regarding my homeowners/auto insurance policies/ auto loans or providing assistance with making a claim. Their customer service is second to none and I would highly recommend them for your insurance needs.

I have dealt with one of the agents for years, Sobe Tanveer, and she provides exemplary & outstanding service. On time & always available if questions need to be answered. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a good and reliable trustworthy agent.

i recently went into y’all’s office to get a homeowners policy and was greeted by naomi and she was the sweetest most outgoing and welcoming receptionist.then she pointed me over to nichole who in my opinion is the best sales agent alive.she wrote me the best policy and saved me a bunch of money.not only that i was in and out the office in 15 minutes tops and she offered me a drink. those were the two nicest state farm employees i’ve ever encountered . like a good neighbor naomi and nichole were there:)

I love state farm cj Ladner’s office! I love how accommodating the staff is and how efficient they are when helping. Brittany K especially, has always gone above and beyond with helping me whether it’s adding a new vehicle, or a simple email copy of my insurance cards she always comes through quickly, professionally, informative and pleasant.
