I am a new patient of Dr. Palopoli and wished I had seen him two years earlier. After an extensive and very thorough visit Dr. Palopoli recognized my nerve injury immediatley and attended to my needs and concerns with compassion and attention like none other. I highly recommend Dr. Palopoli not only for his bed side manner but his attention to detail and concern for his patients.

Dr. Palopoli is an exceptional doctor. He is very generous with his time and has a fantastic
bedside manner that always puts me at ease and raises my spirits. He will spend as much time
as needed to understand my medical issues and come up with the best solutions. As a paraplegic,
I have had many musculoskeletal and neurological problems surface over the 15 years I have been
under Dr. Palopoli’s care. He has never failed to help me and he always makes sure I really do
understand the underlying problem. It is also not unusual to get a call from him asking me how
I am doing. Not surprising, when I have talked with my other physicians about Dr. Palopoli, they
have all expressed great respect for his medical competence and ethics. I wish every doctor was as
compassionate and conscientious as Dr. Palopoli.

Dr. Palopoli is a rare gem! I went to his office with multiple symptoms not knowing what specialist to choose. He took a meticulous history and felt I needed a cardiologist. He then arranged an appointment with a local cardiologist in the next working day. Dr. Palopoli then followed up with a phone call to ask what was the results of my appointment. When has any of your doctors bothered to do that? Will tell everyone to give him a try. He is the example of what it means to be a dedicated healer.

I was referred to see Dr. Palopoli to have some nerve studies done. My right hand had been going to sleep a lot, causing numbness. As others have mentioned in their reviews, he's very thorough and takes his time with his patient. At no point during my appointment did I ever feel rushed. He took the time to listen and offer information and insight into possible causes. He even took the time to find pictures of different conditions that it could be related to in a medical book, and explain what part is what and what might be causing the issue.

During the actual test he was thorough, once again took his time to get a good reading before continuing on. In all honesty, he is the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of seeing.

After a serious car accident in 2017, I have suffered with severe low back pain. My family physician was unable to help me so I saw a very well respected orthopedic surgeon. He spent very little time with me and did a very limited physical exam. He ordered an MRI of my thoracic spine and then recommended a series of “wave” therapy treatments that would require multiple visits to his office and cost thousands of dollars.

I then heard about Dr. Palopoli and his reputation for thoroughness and conservative management and made an appointment with him. I am 80 years old and have been seen by many good doctors over my life time, but Dr. Palopoli is at another level. He carefully listened to me and then asked many questions. He then did one of the most complete physical exams I have ever had. He then spent over 30 minutes educating me about lumbar spine anatomy and possible causes of pain. He explained how my back pain was most likely secondary to lumbar facet joint arthritis and inflammation and that the previous thoracic spine MRI was not indicated nor helpful. He saw no wisdom in ordering an MRI of my lumbar spine because I had no nerve damage and did not require surgery. He recommended conservative management with emphasis on physical therapy. Currently, I am nearly pain free and without the expense of additional testing or expensive medical office treatments.

I am very grateful to Dr. Palopoli and give him my highest recommendation.
