Dr. Vicki L. Steen, MD

Had an appointment with Dr. steen yesterday.. wait time was short. Staff were very kind. Dr. steen came into the room and my problems were her number one focus…. Full eye contact! I WAS NOT RUSHED AT ALL!! She also set me up for other test she wanted me to have done.. appointment card was handed to me with out asking.. I will keep her for my GYN. No other can match the quality of her and her staffs care!!!!

Dr. Steen is the most knowledgeable and personable gynecologist I’ve encountered. She took time to explain every detail of my troubles to me. At no point did she find my plethora of worrisome questions annoying or repetitive. Her experience comes through in simple conversation, and there is nothing more comforting. No one in her office made me feel the least bit uneasy. There is a nurse practitioner here, Crystal, who went complete out of her way to be sure I understood everything happening in my body—far beyond anything required by her. She was busy, but not too busy to make time to answer every concern I had. She truly wanted to be sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this OBGYN and her staff over any of the others I’ve encountered in Covington. The ultrasound technician was also wonderful and extremely gently. Very pleased with the care provided.
