“There are no words to accurately describe the passion this Dr. has for his patients. We have been seeing him for several years now and when I googled clinic to write his number down for a parent I was sending his way and saw the reviews I couldn't help but want to post our experience. He (from the 1st appt) was thoughtful, compassionate, considerate, helpful, and so understanding of the frame of mind I was at as a parent. We finally had answers and correct diagnosis for my children. We 1st saw him in Lafayette and when he moved practice to Covington there was no doubt in our mind that we would follow. Now we are able to do Video chat appts with only (I think) one required yearly trip to him. The video appt was very convenient and just as personal. He takes his time with each appt and even offers advice and support to my children trying to help them understand why things are the way they are for them and how they can maybe look at things from a different prospective the help them with their challenges. From the very 1st appt as a mother I have never felt as comfortable with a dr. as I was with him. We have had challenges with medication and had to do adjustments from time to time but this is normal and understandable. My calls to the office have always been returned in a timely manner usually with in 24 hours, next business day. If you are at the point that you need a pediatric Neurologist good ones are few and far between it's my opinion that making the appt and having at least 1 visit can't hurt. See for yourself what comes of it and go from there. I'm sure if your google for a Dr or answers your at the end of your rope. Also go check the clinic out on Facebook you will see I'm not the only that feels this way.”

“This clinic seems to run very efficient. You move quickly into designated areas - ultrasound, exam room, etc. without much delay. The ultrasound was the fastest I have ever experienced, lasting less than 10 minutes - but now I am hoping that all details were captured. Test results and office summaries are not posted to the portal until they are requested. Dr. Williams seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful with answering any questions you may have. And the person who setup my initial appointment was very friendly along with all of the office staff. I’m new to this clinic and hope to update this review again after my annual wellness visit in the fall. Stay tuned!”
