He did not have my vehicle in stock but went out of his to get it ordered. When we found that this particular vehicle was hard to come by, he and his team started looking at other dealers that had the vehicle in stock offering to make a swap. In order to do this, I had to put down a $1000 deposit. Having had a new baby, I decided to go with a bigger vehicle that I got a good deal on at another dealership. “Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Store was very busy and open early for candle day and everyone was still super nice and helpful. Like most BABW stores it is jam packed with stock in every nook and cranny which is great because they often have what I'm looking for without being sold out. They make good use of the space though and the store is easily walkable. Staff is also very quick to get out BOPIS orders and does a lot of prep when big sales are going on so lines can move smoothly.”

“Don’s was a nice place to enjoy some time with friends. The service was good, the food was fast and hot. They have a nice little beer selection and the drinks from the bar looked good, but I did not try one. Chargrilled oysters were made fresh and tasty for sure (I hope you like butter and cheese!). The blackened chicken on my salad was flavorful and moist, but it could have used a bit more dressing. Parking is very easy as well which is always a plus”

He took the time and figured out it was a miscommunication, contacted me, and we figured out the miscue, simple, honest, great customer service. He took extra time to figure out where the disconnect was, and I can't say enough as to how rare that is, and a testament to his character.
