You and your staff make every effort to go far beyond the reasonable and practical in ensuring your patients safety, comfort, security and well being in these challenging and dangerous times. From the moment we enter to the moment we exit, we are personally – and emotionally – comforted by the fact that we are safe as can be expected outside of our own home. Yes, I know you have had to institute a surcharge to offset the added time and expense needed to protect your patients. That tiny surcharge is the cheapest and best damn insurance money can buy. Sorry it has taken me so long to get this message to you. Thank you and please extend Katherine’s and my thanks the rest of your staff.”
