Freightliner

My wife and I accidentally locked our keys in the car along with our cell phones. We went inside and told the manager whose name was David what happened. He apologized for our inconvenience and he gave us the number to my insurance and also a landline phone from the gas station to call for my roadside towing. After 10 minutes of waiting, he offered my wife and I a couple bottles of water. This act of kindness I have not seen in a very long time, and I'm super grateful for him for making our situation much better. Thank you!

Very nice folk as I waited days to get all the work done that had to be done

My truck quit on me in Laplace, LA on 7-19-21. Called Empire Service center and talked to David. He took the initiative to check on my warranty to see if I had towing coverage which I did not know I had. Gave me the number to a tow truck company. Got it there and got it in the shop the next day 7-20-21. I got it back that afternoon fixed. David and Cody did a great job getting me back on the road. Thank you.

This place to my surprise is absolutely remarkable. They were able to get me in faster then they quoted, the work was done faster then they quoted, the price was cheaper than they quoted. Would I recommend this dealership, would I come back to this dealership...He'll yes. Thank you guys for the fast and great work you did on my truck.
