Rachel is absolutely the best! From highlights to extensions, we have been through it together! I have been a client of Serendipity and Rachel since shortly after she and Brittany opened the salon. Going to have my have hair done is like going to visit my best friends. Rachel and Brittany have grown Serendipity into the best salon on the Northshore. From the moment you enter you are warmly greeted and treated like family. The amount of experience and love for their craft is evident in all of the stylist. Came here three years later to say Thomas is still incredible as always-gave me a killer cut that’s flattering for my hair type as well as stellar product recommendations. Thomas is a gem and just my favorite person! I got my eyebrows shaped/tinted/and laminated by Shannon and she did absolutely amazing! She explained what we would do before the service and everything felt 100% customized to me-she walked me through everything and aftercare and I really appreciated her taking the time to do a service that felt like it was just for me. Have been with Rachel (co owner) for almost 2 years now. Absolutely love her. I am always so pleased with my hair. She knows exactly what I want and she makes it happen every time!
It is pricey but you get what you pay for, for sure! 10/10 recommend. They also have other stylist that will help fit your budget!
