“So I was at Sam’s club last month to replace 3 worn out tires but end up getting 4 All terrain Good Year tires since Sam’s gave me a deal worth $120 off with 5 year/ 60,000 miles warranty and 24/7 road side assistance for $950 bucks. I checked with Costco and local auto shops and this was the best deal and no one even came close. I went to Sam’s at the last minute without any appointment but early in the morning when they opened up and the guys there, accommodated me. It took couple of hours but I was able to do my groceries while they replaced all 4 tires. The staff was professional and courteous and I would recommend everyone to go to Sam’s for there tire needs for peace of mind.”

“If I could give more stars, I would. The people of this store were very kind. I was travelling on the interstate but was forced off due to heavy thunderstorms. I pulled in to the plaza just as we were getting “seek shelter” warnings for a tornado. They were very anxious to close their hurricane doors (I think that’s what it’s called) but actually waited the extra moments for me to retrieve my terrified cat hiding under. my seat. Thank you so much for your kindness and empathy. Your store is also very interesting and I regret not spending more time there to look around but I had to settle my cat back in to the car once the storm passed. I hope others will in my stead”

They needed to swap out a vase and they sent me a text message with a picture to get my approval first. The personal attention my order received as awesome! I requested for an early delivery if possible and the flowers were delivered around 9:00 am on Valentines day morning. My Wife was excited because she received a delivery before anyone else in the office! This guy got some 'points' for that! Ha!
