It was a great experience all around! The tile selection was easy with the assistance and coordination provided by Mr. Tony. He sent a very patient and extremely talented tile guy, Mark, to tear out the old laminate and carpet and lay the tile in my handicap sister's home. My sister was apprehensive, watching Mark for the entire duration, but he carried on with his work--unfazed, and eventually won her over. The tile floors are absolutely beautiful! Perfection! It was a top notch job installed by a single person, who worked diligently to turn out a magnificent tile floor that added much value to her home. I have to add that there was no need for me to clean up when he left, as the floors were in a very clean state. Thank you so much for your attention to the details!

The process was fine, payment was easy in the store. It did take a while to get the estimate quote and then the delivery to the store of the carpet. Cleanup at my home was for the most part well done and all remnants of the old flooring were gone. There were both upstairs and downstairs bits and pieces for carpet and foam and some remnants of knife trimmings. I was very glad to get home and find the carpet in because there was the threatening approach of the ice storm of 2021.

I had a wonderful experience in picking out custom tile for a master shower ! The variety of quality choices is far superior to the big box stores. The order process was smooth and timely. Very pleased with product. Exceptional customer service in my local community!!!
