Mrs. Quiniece greeted us at the counter and was very helpful. She did not speak poorly of her co-worker who left her hanging all day. Instead, she looked at her schedule and gave us options for being able to get in with her for our scheduled time. She took her time cutting our hair and we all three looked great by the end of the appointment. She could have said our guy wasn’t there and sent us on our way out of luck.
