She talks about the wonderful staff here all the time and is always excited about going to therapy. They genuinely care for her well being, they engage in conversations with her and overall they treat her more like a good friend than a patient. After her knee replacement back in July, she became so dependent on her wheelchair even after her knee was healed, but since she’s been going to therapy, she’s been making more and more efforts to get up and walk more. “I was a,"walk in": and I signed in as instructed. There was no line but a couple of people were already in the process of donating. My wait was minimal and as a 1st timer it took about 12 - 15 extra minutes to process me and position me at the phlebotomist station. A short painless stay at the station, written post donation precautions and a 10 minute rest with drink and snack (furnished by the center) and I was out the door in approximately 40-45 minutes and headed to my humble abode; "Mi Casa"! A good experience for sure.”
