“I switched to Ponchatoula Family Pharmacy when I moved to Ponchatoula. My friends and neighbors suggested another local pharmacy (who I won’t name) that I have used before. Before I switched, I asked my previous pharmacist who to use. He and his staff said I would not regret using PFP. After using them since May of 2022. They are genuinely concerned for my health. They have offered to get me a specific brand of generic medicine if I like it better than another one. They are always quick and courteous. I am so happy that they are less than 2 minutes from my house. Hats off to Ponchatoula Family, I can’t event think of going anywhere else. Next time you need to fill a Rx, swing by and check them out. I’m almost certain, you will drop that big box pharmacy and use them. Using them is, well as the name suggest, LIKE FAMILY!”

“Dr Thompson and his staff members are very nurturing. I have been suffering critically for several years with back and neck pain. I was unable to work, yet kept getting denied for disability. I finally got a new job and about six months ago. My back pain flared up again. I was at risk if losing my job which meant losing my benefits. I had finally acquired health insurance and so far I feel like I am utilizing it properly. The pain that I was experiencing literally debilitated me and my attendance was becoming a major issue. I had the privilege of meeting Dr Thompson. He validated by my pain and did not minimize it. He offered me pain meds that seemed to offer a little more relief. He ALSO introduced a procedure to become me in the form of an Epidural Injection. I was reluctant and extremely fearful, yet desperate. This procedure has offered more relief thañ I ever recall experiencing. I am on week three. The staff cares and Doc is very knowledgeable and empathetic. I can't begin to praise him enough! Good choice of physicians!!!!. Today I fell like I have a new back. Thanks Dr Thompson!!!!!!”
