    The delivery driver was awesome and on time. The issue lies with the pizza itself being a little undercooked, light on the toppings and one of the pizzas had quite a few crust bubbles, creating large bare spots, void of even sauce.

    So this is more the fault of the current work force situation and everything but it took over an hour to get the pizza. Had I known that, I would have picked it up. Also, oddly, the delivery was transferred to door dash. Anyway, as far as the food, it was very good (as always) but the pizza was a bit cold by the time it got to my place. I have no fault with the location, like I said it is the way it is right now with finding employees. Heck, maybe I should be a delivery driver...

    everything was amazing as far as the food. The driver however did not follow direction as far as the contact less delivery, he was nice but still.

    The young lady working there was very professional..considering it seemed she was there by herself..I picked up my order and all was perfect! The food was great!

    The young lady who answered the phone said “I’m so sorry! Online and walk ins only! SOOOO I walked next door from Walk ons to get 2 pizzas. The whole staff was amazing and sweet. I was greeted right away and the young lady who seemed to be in charge was ABSOLUTELY WELCOMING and hospitable. The young man who built my pizzas was very attentive and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. KUDOS TO THE YOUNG PEOPLE ON THE SATURDAY NIGHT SHIFT!! Customer service A+!! prices A+!! And the first bite of pizza?? A++!!
    Those guys are amazing and if you aren’t investing in their future you aren’t investing in the future of LIT pizza. PERIODT!!

    ***sorry I missed everyone’s name, but everyone on the schedule tonight deserves a raise and recognition.

    Love getting the pizza of the month! Never have I ever gotten a bad pizza from here! Our go to pizza place on the west side!

    Everyone was very nice and polite. We did wait in line but it wasn’t to bad of a wait. All the pizza was very good. I loved that they grated the Parmesan Cheese at the end. Now if you don’t like thin crust pizza this is not the place to go.
    Now the only things we hand problems with is the sausage was a little salty(we only had that on one pizza) and the soda machine had a extremely loud humming sound.
