(December 29, 2018, 11:17 am)Staff was friendly and moved us thru quickly. NP on duty didn't "feel comfortable" treating my mom there bc she needed inpatient care. I respect and appreciate that she made that decision. I took my mom to ER where they admitted her to hospital. A+ for that NP. She probably saved my mom's life that night. My complaint would be the registration system. Why would a sick, elderly, disabled person be made to stand and register? My mom could not have done that if she had driven herself. If you are going tech then go all the way and get tablets for people to take to their seats. Those seats are nice by the way. Thank u urgent care!
