let me premise by saying i was going to give this place 2 stars until i came in today. (08/31/22).
when i came in a few days ago, a sales rep tried to sell me insurance on my phone that was at the bottom of a river. he was rude and unwilling to help, and didn't know any of the answers to my questions - one being, "why would i get insurance on a phone that i will never find? why would insurance pay for that?" i almost didn't go back to that location because of him. he wasn't wearing a name tag so i couldn't identify him. i would go out of my way to never talk to that guy again.
today was a different experience. jayce and derek(spelling?*) helped me. they were both really kind and personable - they treated me like a human being, not a sales opportunity. i didn't receive a survey in my email from the experience or i would have left a review there also. they were also patient and helpful with all of my questions/concerns, and even told me that it might be better financially to buy the pixel 6 pro on amazon because it was being offered for $250 cheaper (let me be clear - i looked this up myself and showed them, they didn't do that themselves). i went ahead and bought the phone in store (shipped to my home because they didn't have in stock) because A) didn't want to take the risk of buying a phone from amazon and B) they weren't pushing me to buy anything and I felt like i could trust their judgment. these were actual nice people who i connected with and hope the best for their future endeavors. thanks again guys!
I am a previous Verizon customer, but visited the store with a relative who is a Verizon customer and needed assistance.
We were greeted promptly by a friendly person, Jeremy, who was pleasant and helpful. The service he performed was "over and above" expectations.
If you need a Verizon store I would recommend the Queen Creek store, and Jeremy in particular.
I got an a great running car from Kenny. I would highly recommend. I have had too many bad experiences with car dealers because most are very dishonest and overpriced. I really appreciated the level of integrity and respect from KC Cars. Thank you Kenny!!!
The owner; Mr. Kenny, is a down to earth kind of guy who gives it to you straight. He cut no corners and willing to work with you in every way possible. Awesome visit!! 👍🏿💯
