“This is one of my family churches. Many of my elder relatives worshipped here, and there are some who helped to establish it all them 130+ years ago. Of course, there has been some remodeling, but the Spirit of the Lord still dwells in the place. I was baptized at Union when I was 10 years old by the late Rev. Samuel Singleton, Jr. Ever since, I haven't looked back. Now, Union is pastored by Rev. Johnny Lee Johnson, Jr. Under his guidance, the church has accomplished some wonderful things to edify the Kingdom of God. So if you want to praise and worship God and have a good time, then Union would be a good place for you.”

“This is an excellent small, back in the day, old school environment type of church with the closeness of it members while embracing it's visitors. Suit and tie and/or dresses not necessary as this is a truly come-as-you-are type of church. Service isn't long, with an 8:00am start time, yet it's to the point (which will keep you coming back) and the Rev Gibson has an excellent nack of breaking it down so even the youngsters are able to understand.”

“I have become a member of this community through this church. It is very peaceful and uplifting as soon as you enter. It remains quiet to the point you can hear a pin drop which is what I have wanted. The congregation sticks together and I have felt a sense of family while I have attended here. The Mass is traditional in its form being in Latin. You won’t experience this really anywhere else. This church is not for the faint of heart. If you are Catholic I would definitely suggest coming here.”
