“Came today and wow ! Its been a minute since I felt secure about what needs to be done.( Mother instincts are strong) My son has eczema and last time he had an outbreak I couldn't handle it wasn't his eczema. I showed my concern. Last doctor barely looked and just gave Steroid cream (strong)and said well if gets worse just go to hospital nothing else we could do. (Made it so much worse. ) I started to just go to the urgent care since they seemed to care more Saw Mrs. Sarah today and she actually looked at every hot spot. SHOWED ME which ones to watch on and explained it all. Understood why I was concerned and we talked how to help it. What certain things to watch for. I felt comfortable to leave with the treatment she told me to do . You have no idea how reassuring it is to have some to sit in and talk about it and LOOK at it instead of just saying yeah okay here. Then tells me to call anytime even on Saturdays we can see them! She made me feel she actually cares about my kiddo. WISH I found her sooner.”

We were in a rush to buy (just moved, old sofa didn’t fit) but it would have been nice to have been told specifically that the protection plan was extra. We were made to feel that it was included in the price. Anyway, still an overall good experience and love the sofa.”

“I have a bad knee. It gave out on me going downstairs and the resultant pain from the fall was excruciating. When I still couldn’t walk without crutches a couple of days later I called them. I drove straight over and was in the exam room within 10 minutes. They did X-rays on-site and the doc was there promptly (the time it took to review the X-rays). She said the pain radiating down to my ankle couldn’t be explained by a knee injury and asked about my back. I’m missing a disk there and had a prior issue with paralysis on the same leg from a pinched nerve. Her diagnosis was confirmed two days later when, stretching my.back, it slid back into place and ended about 80% of the pain. My knee is still hurt, but the steroids she prescribed are the best medical science has to offer. I didn’t mention I had quite a bit of medical experience/education. She made a very good catch. She’s very intuitive, which is critical for a good diagnostician.”
