“These guys are professionals. Well stocked with tools and materials. In my experience, it was evident that the folks working here are seasoned with experience in the electrical industry. They're friendly and courteous, but to an "Average Joe Homeowner" off the street, they might be a little intimidating. I didn't get the vibe that they were in-tune with helping those types of folks figure out what they needed. I already knew the parts I needed, called ahead and they pulled them for me, and the transaction was very simple, but I have experience with electrical construction and was fairly well prepared. My read is that they're bread and butter is market really electrical contractors and those looking to buy professional electrical tools and materials that know what they're after. Your experience may vary if you're just looking for a niche part, you're looking for guidance, or if you're less experienced in general with the electrical trades.”
