  I took the new riders course at rommel Harley Davidson. Coaches Maria and Joe we're both awesome awesome!! Learned so much in them 4 days. Especially the riding time out at Tipton airport on the training bikes. They went above and beyond when needed and were just a absolutel pleasure to be around and learn from. I feel like my skills riding went from a 4/10 to 8/10 after class! I'll definitely take the advance class in the future. Thank you so much!

  Purchased my first bike (Softail Heritage) from these guys about a month ago. We live somewhat far away from them, so we did a lot of our questions and quotes over the phone. Never has any issues with getting information from them and Josh was excellent with returning phone calls. Finally made it to the store and they had everything ready to go. Spent time browsing the apparel and Janice stayed with us to help and answer questions we had. We wound up adding some new parts (trim, bars, floor boards, passenger seat) to the bike, which caused them to have to redo some of the paperwork. Regrettably caused Josh and Jeff to have to stay a little past closing time. They hung out for us and we got the papers signed. Signed papers on Tuesday, new parts put on Wednesday and bike was delivered Thursday. Hats off to the whole crew in Annapolis! Y'all earned a lifelong customer!

  I have been to Rommel twice for service since moving out to this area. Anthony too care of what I asked for, gave good advice on future services for my bike. The dealership itself is clean and well laid out. Only thing I would like to see there for shorter services like mine is an actually waiting room. Great work on the bike though, definitely a continued customer.

  I've been a customer of Annapolis Harley for several years now. I mainly buy parts and apparel at the location, but the staff is always friendly and helpful. Mark and the parts crew do a great job of helping locate and purchase the parts I need. My wife shops there for apparel as well and loves the service she gets! I would give 5 stars but no one gets 5.
