  I am very relieved to have been connected to Chanell at Senior Care Options Advisors. She was very knowledgeable and a true expert to help me find the best memory care facility for my mom.
  
  Moving my mom was a difficult decision for my family and I to make but Chanell was so supportive and provided great information to help validate our decision.
  
  There were so many options to choose from and it was quite overwhelming when I initially started the search on my own. Chanell quickly helped me narrow the search based on our budget and our interest in a smaller setting. She visited places for us, which was very helpful.
  
  My mom is all settled and I am so happy with the choice we ultimately made. Chanell has my highest recommendation. She is a jewel.

  Ms. Speight of Senior Care Options Advisors is a great advocate for the elderly as well as the epitome of a professional. I was given Ms. Speight's contact information to help me find a suitable residence for my father. I had tried fervently to find a location for my father, and I wasn't having any luck. After speaking with Ms. Speight, we had a Skype conversation with my father, and she spoke with him for almost two hours. The services provided by Ms. Speight were comprehensive and provided very detailed information relative to potential residences. I was completely satisfied by her drive to help my father find a residence that he liked, and that he would want to live in. I highly recommend Ms. Speight and Senior Care Options Advisors if you have a parent or loved one that is seeking homes for the elderly.

  Chanell helped me find a very nice assisted living in Essex, MD for my dad. Not only did she find an assisted living close by, but she gave me so much information about it and I felt less apprehensive about my decision. Having her support and expertise was invaluable. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for assisted living.

  Chanell Speight provided outstanding professional assistance in finding assisted living for my mom. Chanell was open to previous research we had done. Her deeper knowledge and questioning guided us in eliminating options that clearly became infeasible or inadequate.
  
  Chanell did preliminary research of sites that we visited saving us from visits that would have been unnecessary. In debriefing with Chanell after visits to assisted living locations, we were able to make a selection that fit us. Chanell has a busy schedule, so sometimes scheduling appointments was a challenge.
  
  From the beginning Chanell steered us on additional resources that might help us. Even though my mom has already moved to the assisted living facility, Chanell still asks for updates and checks in to provide guidance in communicating with the senior living staff and points out 'standards' which we should expect and discuss.
